How to Modify your Profile
Editing your profile Hovering over your name on the upper right hand part of the screen will present you with a dropdown where you will find the Edit Profile option. Clicking on it will lead you to the Edit Profile page where you can find fields you can update. The page includes basic information about you and also has a section where you can upload a display/profile photo.
A section you might want to check in the Edit Profile page is the Profile Info. This contains some required fields such as Business Unit, Job Role, and Industry that are basis for the courses you're allowed to enroll in.
Here are the Business Units and the corresponding Job Roles you can choose from:

Preferences Another option you can find in the dropdown when hovering over your name (still on the upper right hand part of your screen) is Preferences. Clicking on this option will lead you to the Preferences page where you have the option to update information specific to your User Account, Role, Blogs, and Badges. User account section.
2017 Cloud Fast Start
2017 CLOUD FAST START PROGRAM OVERVIEW
What is 2017 Cloud Fast Start? This curriculum provides sellers with training equivalent and complementary to the in person 2017 Fast Start events.
1. If you think you did the Bluemix Lab but did not get credit, go to the link below and submit the URL for the app you created:
Note that we download grades for the Lab on Tuesdays and Fridays, so it may take a few days for your passing grade to be shown.
2. If you think you did the Case Study but did not get credit, ask your manager to send an email to Ann Breidenbach with this information:
- Your Intranet ID (NOT your NotesID)
- Your Name
The email should say: Please submit a passing grade for Case Study Part 1 and Part 2
Note that we download grades for the Case Study on Tuesdays and Fridays, so it may take a few days for your passing grade to be shown.
3. If you think you did the Bluemix Digital Innovation Platform Lecture but forgot to do the survey, you need to do the following: SELF CERTIFY that you listened to the lecture. Click on the lecture to open it. You'll get a check in the box. (You may need to refresh the page to see the check). Take the test (and pass it). Follow the instructions on CLMS.
4. If you think that you listened to a Required Lecture but it isn't reflected, you need to SELF CERTIFY that you listened to them.

5. For the Patterns, you need to pass each test. Clicking on the lecture does not give you a passing grade.
6. If you do not see a checkmark in a box, refresh your screen to refresh the view.

Cloud Services University (CSU)
CSU PROGRAM OVERVIEW
What is CSU (Cloud Services University)? One of the Universities in the Cloud Sales Academy program, designed to provide Cloud Services sellers with a clear roadmap for skills and capabilities growth matching their particular organizational position/job roles and daily client-facing activities. CSU includes enablement and badging, as well as sales tools.
Is CSU only for people that have a sales role in Cloud Services? CSU targets any/all Cloud Services Sales team members. Anyone else is welcome, but it isn't mandatory unless their management team decides that way. Examples of those "anyone else" people are Cloud Tech Sellers, Hybrid Cloud sellers, S&D personnel, etc.
What is the CSU Level 1 Bridge Program and how long is it available? o The CSU Level 1 Bridge Program allows graduates of the 2015 Cloud Sales Academy to demonstrate the expertise required to attain required Level 1 badging. This is done by enrolling in and successfully completing a condensed version of the Level 1 cloud curriculum. o The original deadline for completing the CSU Level 1 Bridge Program was July 31. The deadline was extended to August 12.
Am I eligible to enroll in the CSU Level 1 Bridge Program? Students who completed the Cloud Sales Academy events in 2015 were automatically enrolled in the Bridge Program.
Should I take the CSU Level 1 Curriculum? If you did not attend a Cloud Sales Academy in 2015 and you are a Cloud Services seller, YES.
Does the same CSU level 1 roadmap apply to all sales roles? No, it's important for sellers to correctly declare their sales role in the CLMS, and get access to the appropriate curricula.
Do I get a certificate or badge for completing CSU Level 1 Bridge? YES, you get a certificate now and we will be issuing badges in the near future. Badges are distributed by Acclaim
When will CSU Level 2 be available? The target date for CSU Level 2 release is October 1, 2016.
Do I get a certificate or badge for completing CSU Level 1? YES, you get a certificate now and we will be issuing badges in the near future.
Where can I find client ready content? You can find client ready content in the Sales Kits located in the Cloud Sales Enablement Community HERE.
What happens to people that moved to a non-sales role (e.g. Technical Sales) after completing the CSA? The instant people move on to other roles, the requirements to those new roles apply. They may opt to complete their curricula and we encourage them to do so, especially if they are well advanced already so the incremental effort is minimal.
Which program should I complete? This will depend on your specific business unit and job role that you enter into your profile section.
Why do I not have access? There are several reasons you may not have access: 1. You have 2 user ids created 2. You are new to IBM 3. You have changed job roles and/or user ids Please contact CLMSHELP@US.IBM.COM
CSU STAND AND DELIVER
How many times can I take a test in CSU? Each test can be taken 4 times before it is locked.
What happens if I fail 4 times? After 4 attempts, an enablement team member needs to reset your access. Your manager will be notified of the 4 attempts at this time.
Where do I see progress on my CSU grades? On your specific course page, there is a progress bar on the left hand side that shows your course completion. Green bars indicate you have completed the course. To see the course just hover your mouse over the bars.
What are the minimum passing requirements for Level 1? After 4 attempts, an enablement team member needs to reset your access. Your manager will be notified of the 4 attempts at this time.
Why don't I see progress after I complete courses? o Refresh your screen and you will see the progress check marks next to activities you have completed. o Please note that you must manually put the tick marks next to each portion of the modules (this is not automatically done). To see your checkmarks, you must refresh screen.
SoftLayer University (SLU)
SLU PROGRAM OVERVIEW
What is SoftLayer University (SLU)? SoftLayer University is an enablement program, which was re-designed in 2015, to provide sellers with the skills to sell SoftLayer solutions. It is a four level program. For more information, please visit the SLU Community and view the strategy document here.
My user ID is not working - can I get assistance? The issue may be one of the following: You have 2 user ids created: o You are new to IBM o You have changed job roles and/or user ids If you are having access issues, please contact CLMSHELP@US.IBM.COM for assistance.
How do I enroll in Level 1? The issue may be one of the following: Everyone who wants to take the Level 1 course is able to take it. There are no barriers to taking the courses. Please note - if you are a Cloud Sales Academy 2015 graduate, you are automatically given credit for Level 1 and you can move on to Level 2. You should have already been granted access.
Can I enroll in Level 2? You are automatically enrolled in Level 2 when you complete Level 1. This gives you access to the Level 2 online content. Please note - If you are a Cloud Sales Academy 2015 graduate, you are automatically given credit for Level 1 and you can move on to Level 2. You should already been granted access.
Why do I not have a certificate for Level 1? Level 2? o You will not receive a Level 1 certificate is you are a 2015 Cloud Sales Academy graduate. o For Level 1 - If you have completed all the tests and completed the Stand and Deliver exercises) then you can submit a request for certification through CLMSHELP@US.IBM.COM o Level 2 certification require attendance in a face-to-face workshop. Please note - These exercises can be completed one of three ways; face to face with a designated SME, in a web conference with a designated SME, or by posting a recording of your stand and delivers in the SLU web site for grading.
Will there be a workshop offered in my geo? If so, how do I sign up for the workshop? For a schedule of workshops, click here. There are two ways to schedule a workshop in your geography. First, if a class is scheduled at an organization level. Second, if there are enough individuals that request a class in a given geography, we will schedule a class.
Do I have to attend a workshop for Level 1? No, for Level 1 the requirements are to pass the online tests and complete the two individual stand and deliver exercises. These exercises can be completed one of three ways; face to face with a designated SME, in a web conference with a designated SME, or by posting a recording of your stand and delivers in the SLU web site for grading.
Do I have to attend a workshop for Level 2? In order to earn your Level 2 Solution Design Certificate, you have to complete a Level 2 Workshop and pass the final exam in the workshop.

What are the minimum passing requirements for Level 1? In order to pass Level 1 in SLU you must have an average score of 70% on five activities: the three tests and the two stand and deliver exercises. Watching all of the web courses is NOT a requirement.
What are the minimum passing requirements for Level 2? In order to pass Level 2 in SLU you must first have an average score of 70% on five online tests. Watching all of the web courses is NOT a requirement. Then, you must pass one stand and deliver exercise in the Workshop. Lastly, you must pass the final proctored exam in the class with a score of 70% or higher.
How do I complete a Stand & Deliver exercise for Level 1? From your Level 1 view, click on Ã¢â¬ÅLevel 1 Stand and Deliver Exercise 1 & 2 Instructions and Scoring Templates.Ã¢â¬Â Review the content as needed. Then complete your two required stand and deliver exercises. These exercises can be completed one of three ways; face to face with a designated SME, in a web conference with a designated SME, or by posting a recording of your stand and delivers in the SLU web site for grading.
How do I complete a Stand & Deliver exercise for Level 2? The Level 2 Stand and Deliver requirement is fulfilled by attending and passing the Level 2 Solution Design Workshop. The actual stand and deliver exercises is completed in a small group. Individual grades are given.
